Mr. Smith's practice focuses on patent, trademark and copyright prosecution
and registration, intellectual property licensing, intellectual property opinions
and litigation counseling. Mr. Smith also works in other legal areas including
international trade related to counterfeit goods and Internet and domain name cases.
